Ingredients

  • 4 slices of thick bread brioche or challah
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking
  • Fresh fruits for topping

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture between two slices of bread.
