Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 8 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 8 oz sliced salami
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  • Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border.
  • Layer the pepperoni and salami over the sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the meats.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly across the filling.
  • Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other.
  • Pinch the ends to seal the stromboli.
  • Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
