Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a greased casserole dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
  • Open the can of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Arrange the biscuit pieces over the beef mixture, covering it completely.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
