Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • Cooking spray optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes for better flavor.

  • Place the marinated chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
