Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened (about 5 minutes).
Season the vegetables with salt and pepper, then remove them from the skillet.
In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced beef, cooking until browned.
Combine the sautéed vegetables with the beef, mixing well.
Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
Layer beef and vegetable mixture evenly on the buns.
Top with slices of provolone cheese.
Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
