Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey.
  • Add the rolled oats and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the protein powder until evenly distributed.
  • Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts if desired.
  • Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Transfer to an airtight container after setting.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
