In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned and tender, about 5 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
