Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz fresh egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef, cooking until browned and crumbled.
  • Stir in sliced bell peppers and carrots; cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce; mix well.
  • Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss to combine all ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
