Ingredients

  • 1 package lumpia wrappers
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped green beans
  • 1/2 cup minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Combine ground pork, carrots, green beans, garlic, onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Place a lumpia wrapper on a flat surface and spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto it.
  • Fold the corner over the filling and roll tightly.
  • Fold in the sides and continue rolling until sealed.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  • Fry lumpia in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
