Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears.
Remove the vein and rinse under cold water.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
