Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears.
  • Remove the vein and rinse under cold water.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
