Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Optional: sliced green onions for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken thighs skin-side down and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and pour the hot honey glaze over the top.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the oven, baste with the sauce, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
