Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken thighs skin-side down and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Flip the chicken and pour the hot honey glaze over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the oven, baste with the sauce, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
