Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the unsalted butter and let it melt completely.
Add the fresh corn kernels to the skillet and stir to coat with butter.
Cook the corn for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and drizzle honey over the corn.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
If using, sprinkle chopped parsley for added flavor.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
