Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the unsalted butter and let it melt completely.
  • Add the fresh corn kernels to the skillet and stir to coat with butter.
  • Cook the corn for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to low and drizzle honey over the corn.
