Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can 15 oz mixed vegetables
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup French-fried onions for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  • Add the mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef.
  • Stir until well combined and heated through.
  • Mix in the cooked rice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Top the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle French-fried onions on top before serving.
