Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Dip each half of the roll into the egg mixture, coating well.
Place the soaked rolls cut-side down in the skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Remove from skillet and keep warm in the oven if needed.
