Ingredients

  • 4 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking
  • Fresh fruit for topping
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
