Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
