Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Sprinkle fresh dill on top of the fillets.
Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.
Grill for about 6-7 minutes without moving.
Carefully flip the fillets and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Check for doneness; salmon should flake easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
