Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until well combined and smooth.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
