Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
