Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and rosemary.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken, skin-side down.
  • Sear for about 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and chicken broth to the skillet.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
