Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita bread for serving
  • Fresh vegetables cucumbers, tomatoes, onions
  • Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve with warmed pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh vegetables and herbs.
