Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  • Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, adding shrimp on top.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the dish and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve over garlic parmesan rice, garnished with parsley.
