Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
Return chicken to the skillet, adding shrimp on top.
Squeeze lemon juice over the dish and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over garlic parmesan rice, garnished with parsley.
