Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the first layer.
Add the remaining chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
