Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the marinara sauce.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
Add half of the shredded chicken on top of the ricotta.
Pour a layer of marinara sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
