Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper cut into squares
  • 1 onion cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers wooden or metal

Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Thread marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
