Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
Add salt, pepper, and any desired spices to taste.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spoon half of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
Add slices of avocado and sprinkle cheese on top.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Repeat the process with the second tortilla and remaining filling.
Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with salsa and sour cream on the side.
