Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic, chopped onion, and bell pepper.
Season with salt and pepper, and cook until vegetables are tender.
Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted.
Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Remove from skillet, garnish with cilantro, and serve warm.
