In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
