Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce e.g., Frank's RedHot
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks for serving
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
  • While the wings bake, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
