Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or feta
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly.
  • Cut the florets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes and diced red onion to the bowl.
  • Chop the bell peppers and add them to the mix.
