Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables spinach, bell peppers, onions
  • 1 cup diced cooked meat bacon, ham, or sausage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture for seasoning.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • In the pie crust, evenly distribute the chopped vegetables and diced meat.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in the crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden.
  • Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve warm.
