Add the crumbled sausage and cook until browned.
Pour in the whisked eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
Warm the tortilla in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
Once the eggs are cooked, place them in the center of the tortilla.
Top with shredded cheese, slices of avocado, and salsa.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
Roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro.
