Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chicken pieces.
  • Cook the chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers, onions, and garlic.
  • Sauté the vegetables until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the pan and add soy sauce and lemon juice.
  • Stir everything together and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
