Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the cod fillets in the baking dish.
  • Brush the herb mixture generously over each cod fillet.
