Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish, skin side up.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes for crispy skin.
