Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese optional

Instructions

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool it down.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Add the ranch dressing and mix well to coat all ingredients.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in the chopped parsley and shredded cheese if using.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir to recombine ingredients.
