Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.
  • Pat the chickpeas dry using a clean kitchen towel.
  • In a bowl, combine the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss everything together until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for desired crispiness; cook longer if needed.
  • Once done, remove the chickpeas and let them cool slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve!
