Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
  • Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each tender in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip the floured tender into the eggs, ensuring it's well coated.
  • Roll the tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  • Repeat for all chicken tenders.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the breaded tenders in a single layer in the basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
