Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Wash and dry the zucchinis.
  • Slice the zucchinis thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the zucchini slices in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the slices in a single layer on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Keep an eye on them to prevent burning; they should be golden and crisp.
