Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Choose a glass or bowl for layering.
  • Add 1/2 cup of yogurt to the bottom.
  • Layer 1/4 cup of granola on top of the yogurt.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries over the granola.
  • Place some banana slices on top of the berries.
  • Repeat the layers: yogurt, granola, berries, and banana.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Add a sprinkle of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Top with whole berries and nuts for garnish.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
