In a large pot, combine apple cider, orange juice, and cranberry juice.
Add brown sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Wrap whole cloves and allspice in cheesecloth and add to the pot.
Drop in sliced orange and apple for flavor.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes to meld flavors.
If using, stir in brandy just before serving.
Remove spice bag and fruit slices before serving.
Serve warm in mugs or heatproof glasses.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
