Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil water in a large pot.
  • Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions.
