Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup dairy-free mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface until desired thickness.
  • Transfer the crust to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle dairy-free mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
