Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the chopped onion, egg, milk, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix all ingredients until just combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  • Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
  • Check for doneness by ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite sides.
