Remove the tomahawk steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.
Preheat your grill to high heat (around 500°F).
Generously season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.

Move the steak to a cooler part of the grill and continue cooking until desired doneness.
Add fresh herbs and garlic to the grill for extra flavor.
Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
