Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can 15 oz corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  • Add the black beans to the mixture and gently fold them in.
  • Mix in the corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and green onions.
  • Add the crumbled bacon to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm with tortilla chips.
