Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients on a clean workspace.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard to the bowl.
  • Pour in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Chop the capers finely and add 1 tablespoon to the mixture.
  • Finely chop the dill pickles and add 2 tablespoons to the bowl.
  • Chop fresh dill and add 1 tablespoon to the mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
