Add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Incorporate 1 minced garlic clove into the mixture.
Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Season with salt to taste.
For added flavor, mix in a pinch of cumin or paprika.
Continue whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
If too thick, add a bit more water to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
