Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture and milk, mixing until combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool, then poke holes all over the top.
  • Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk; pour over the cooled cake.
  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, and spread over the cake.
  • Top with sliced strawberries.
