Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture and milk, mixing until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool, then poke holes all over the top.
Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk; pour over the cooled cake.
Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, and spread over the cake.
Top with sliced strawberries.
