Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional, for thickness

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients: strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and optional sweetener.
  • Hull the strawberries and slice the banana into smaller pieces.
  • Add the strawberries and banana into a blender.
  • Pour in the yogurt and milk.
  • If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  • Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Stop and scrape down the sides if needed to ensure everything is blended.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more milk or sweetener.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with extra strawberries if desired.
