In a large bowl, combine the bread flour and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the water and sourdough starter until well combined.
Pour the sourdough mixture into the flour mixture and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Add salt and olive oil, kneading until smooth (about 10 minutes).
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
Let it rise at room temperature for 4-6 hours, or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place it in a greased loaf pan and cover again for the second rise (1-2 hours).
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
